Born and raised in Los Angeles California with southern roots hailing from Arkansas and Louisiana, her take on Cajun Creole Fusion brings a delightful twist of new and classic flavor to your southern favorites.

Ms. Valentine began her culinary journey in her twenties, finding a connection to mixing fresh ingredients and unique spices that truly bring food to life and happiness to anyone who has had the pleasure of indulging in her cuisine. This became her passion, mastering delectable recipes and serving others.

Youpa is a proud mother of three. Just as she was taught by her mother, all of her children have been given her love for culinary and she hopes they will carry on her business proudly.
